Illinois Independent Contractor Agreement
This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between:
[Client's Name], a corporation/individual with a principal place of business at [Client's Address] ("Client"),
and
[Contractor's Name], an independent contractor with a principal place of business at [Contractor's Address] ("Contractor").
WHEREAS, the Client desires to engage the Contractor to perform certain services as described herein; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor agrees to provide such services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

6. Termination
